Frequently Asked Questions

We’ve gathered the most common queries and answered them here with as little jargon as humanly possible. If your question isn’t on this list, don’t worry — our inbox is always open.

  • Complete our order form with the details of your book and any add-ons. You'll pay nothing to get started.

  • We’ll assign the perfect designer for your genre, then deliver your first draft(s) within 10 business days. Once you approve a direction, we proceed with revisions, animations (if selected), and final deliverables.

  • You’ll receive three unique draft options (or two unique drafts with our silver package) for your custom-designed ebook and print cover, one-on-one collaboration with your designer throughout the project, and all final files delivered in high-resolution.

  • Yes. Once the project is completed and paid in full, the rights to the final design are yours (with minor licensing limitations). We don’t retain royalties or ongoing usage rights.

  • We source and manipulate assets responsibly, combining custom work with licensed stock. All elements used in your cover are safe for commercial publishing.

  • You’ll receive print-ready PDFs, high-resolution JPEGs for ebook use, and the layered Photoshop (PSD) file upon request.

  • You’re in control. If the first draft options don’t hit the mark, simply walk away. There’s zero charge, and no pressure to proceed.

  • You’ll receive the draft options within 10 business days of placing your order. Final delivery is typically within 2–3 weeks, depending on feedback speed.

  • Yes! Tier-One is included in the Gold Cover Package. You can upgrade to a Tier-Two cinematic animation for $175—a $150 discount off the regular $325 price—at the same time you choose your preferred cover concept (from the drafts we deliver within 10 business days), and still receive the bundled discount.

After that stage—once revisions begin—the upgrade is still possible, but it will be billed at the full standalone rate. Our animation process is integrated with our design workflow, so early upgrades help us deliver the best results (and save you money!).

  • Yes! As long as you have the layered PSD file for your original cover, we may be able to animate it. The PSD must include separated elements (text, characters, background, effects) for us to work with. Since every file is different, we handle this on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before ordering so we can review your file and confirm what’s possible.

  • No upfront payment is required to place your order. Once we’ve delivered your unique draft options and you’ve selected a direction to move forward with, a 50% payment is due. The remaining balance is paid upon final approval.

  • We want you to love your cover. No exceptions. If, after moving forward and going through revisions, you're not satisfied with the final result, your initial 50% payment will be refunded in full. Zero pressure. Zero risk.

  • Absolutely. Just provide previous covers, and we’ll maintain visual continuity or refresh the look as desired.

  • Yes! Contact us to book a series package, and enjoy savings on each additional cover.

  • We don’t upload files ourselves, but we can provide specs and guidance tailored to KDP, IngramSpark, and others.

  • Optional priority delivery is available. Just let us know during ordering.
